Who am I?

In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying time with loved ones, partner dancing, exploring new hobbies and recipes, or spending quiet moments with my cat, Furgeson. I’ve always been a seeker, curious about how we, as humans, create meaning and live our lives. This natural curiosity, along with my lifelong interest in health and fitness, eventually led me to the work I do today—guiding others on their own paths to well-being. My journey of spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical growth has had its share of ups and downs, and I’ve learned firsthand how transformative these experiences can be. It’s an honor to walk alongside you on your own journey, should we choose to work together.

In 2014, I hit a point where everything looked right on the surface—I was achieving career milestones and always there for others—but inside, I felt disconnected. I wasn’t in touch with my own body, and my relationships felt distant. The fleeting fulfillment I got from hitting work goals didn’t align with the deeper sense of purpose I knew I was missing.

Despite being someone who had always felt capable, I found myself stuck. I knew what I needed to do to care for myself, but I couldn’t seem to follow through. I’d push through the discomfort, hoping to find answers in doing more, but I just kept falling back into the same patterns. This frustration—knowing what to do but not being able to stick to it—made me feel even more disconnected.

That’s when my journey of self-discovery began. I started to explore how I could reconnect with myself, listen to my body, and uncover the needs I had been ignoring. By 2019, I had begun studying somatic practices and started incorporating them not only into my own life but also with my clients. These tools helped us break away from the endless cycle of pushing through discomfort and taught us how to listen to the wisdom our bodies offered. The transformation I experienced was profound, but I had no idea my biggest challenge was still ahead.

In 2024, after more than a year of unexplained symptoms, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition. My body was no longer giving me a choice—it was demanding that I slow down and truly listen. The somatic tools I had been practicing became my lifeline. Through self-inquiry, self-compassion, and embodied awareness, I learned to sit with the discomfort rather than fight against it. I had to let go of the frustration that I couldn’t control everything and instead ask what my body truly needed in each moment. These tools didn’t just help me manage my symptoms—they guided me toward recovery. Today, I’m in almost complete symptom remission, and I have a deeper appreciation for my body’s wisdom than ever before.

This experience showed me something vital: Self-sabotage and burnout are not failures. They are signals that we are out of alignment with our deeper needs, and if we don’t listen, we continue the cycle of frustration. But when we take the time to listen and respond to what our bodies are asking for—with compassion and care—real transformation becomes possible.

Now, I work with high achievers, leaders, and professionals who find themselves stuck—people who are ready to show up as well for themselves as they do their communities and visions. Together, we break free from burnout and self-sabotage, reconnect with the body’s wisdom, and create a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.

My Why

I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in a cycle of external expectations—checking all the boxes but still feeling disconnected from your true self. For years, I followed the path I thought I needed to, only to realize that real transformation comes not from becoming someone else, but from unleashing the person you think you need to be and reconnecting with who you truly are. I struggled with feeling capable in my professional life and having a hard time translating that to my personal life. It wasn’t until I started deepening my understanding of how to connect to my own embodiment, did I start to step out of the on-again-off-again self care practices and begin to care deeply for myself as much as I did others.

My purpose is to guide you through that same process—helping you shed the layers of expectation, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create a life that’s deeply aligned with your values and authentic self.

  • Focusing-Oriented Trainer: Expertise in helping clients connect their body and mind, releasing stored emotions for deeper, lasting transformation in a trauma-informed way. Developed in 5 years of studying and supporting courses teaching psychotherapists and healing professionals to be with clients in a body-centered, present, and safe way (Certified through Seattle Focusing Institute and International Focusing Institute)
  • 10,000+ Hours of Coaching Experience: I’ve guided hundreds of professionals and leaders through personal and professional growth, combining depth and experience in every session.
  • Holistic Nutrition and Personal Training Expertise: I integrate nutrition, exercise, and self-care into my coaching to support clients holistically, aligning their physical health with their personal development – an approach I’ve been developing with clients since 2012.
  • Bachelor’s in Kinesiology: Health and Fitness Specialist to provide a fundamental understanding of creating and maintain health and fitness in all phases of life.
