5 Weeks to a Healthier You was a series offered to help you maximize your health and fitness journey with ease.

  • Have a hard time enjoying eating healthy consistently
  • Could use more empowerment with your eating habits
  • Commit to working out and eating healthy, but things keep coming up that keep you from following through
  • Would like more recipes and support eating according to your nutritional needs
  • Sometimes sabotage your success and are ready to release whatever “that” is
  • Are working out regularly and are ready to step up your nutritional habits

What comes with this series?

  • One 60-minute (one-on-one) Wellness Consultation with Victoria to help you create your personalized wellness plan
  • One 30-minute (one-on-one) Check in call half way through
  • Recipes and healthy snack sampling each session
  • One 60-minute small group sessions with fun, inspiring weekly activities and check-ins for staying accountable to your plan
